Canned Air from Paris Fights Nostalgia

If you can’t fly to France in order breathe Parisian air, you might as well buy yourself a can of it.

Kirill Rudenko has unveiled these cans that apparently contain that elusive Parisian whiff. While not entirely serious, it might be a great way to humor someone who is fond of Paris and wants to remember the times they spent in that glitzy city. The can even claims to contain air from different parts of the city, which are well known to tourists.

With air from The Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Musee d’Orsay, Champs Elysees and Sacre Coeur, I must admit they forgot to grab some air at Rue Mouffetard as well. The can warns the user that it may contain traces of liberty, fraternity and equality, the essence of the French republic.

These cans, if they are seriously marketed and sold, can be a great way to fight nostalgia that often troubles those who have visited Paris and are not able to fly there anytime soon. You might also want to take a look at the Louvre 3DS Guided Tours, which was announced by Nintendo sometime ago. A trip to France may be expensive, but Canned Air from Paris may help beat those pangs of nostalgia.
