We all have been loving the Portable Media Players iRiver gives us, and now it is time to experience their cellphone as well. The iRiver Wave cellphone is due to be release in March 2009, and I truly hope their phone is as good as their PMPs. But wait, they have built this phone in such a way that it fills your PMP needs also: with built in WiFi, a PMP, an e-dictionary and FM Radio.
The iRiver Wave has a 3 inch touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 272px. The Touchscreen phone is capable of playing MP3, WMA, OGG and MPEG 1/2/2.5 audio files, and MPEG-4 (30fps 480 x 272) video files. It measures 1105. x 52.5 x 15.5mm and weighs only 103g.
The iRiver CellPhone has 4 GB of internal memory and can be expanded via the miniSD card slot. There is no word yet as of how much the miniSD slot is capable of holding and neither is any comment about the price of this cellphone. iRiver Wave via Geeky Gadgets
