‘Movado’ means ‘always in motion’, a perfect name for someone in the watch manufacturing business, and so Movado is a watch manufacturing company based in Switzerland, in business since 1881. Their watch collection consists of varied watches and one of them is the Artist Series of watches. Occasionally they showcase the work of an artist in their watches and this time they have launched the Kenny Scharf collection.
These watches come in a standard black leather strap and also straps that match the color and tone of the watch. They have a museum face steel case, sapphire crystal and Swiss quartz movement. The six watches are named as Movado Time, Blurple Time, Universal Time, Starring the Star, Ontime and Time Flies. There are a total of 125 pieces of each of the six watches, but you can get a set of all six watches if you purchase any one before the first 25 of those pieces are sold. These watches range from $695 – $3,495.
