Coca Cola Italia asked eight of the most popular fashion designers in the country to design limited edition Coca Cola bottles for the “Tribute to Fashion” charity project. What they came up with is some of the most amazing, breathtaking designs ever seen on a Coca Cola bottle!
Coca Cola, we all know it as a refreshing and cooling drink. Its name makes people think about opening a bottle and quenching their thirst. Everyone knows what the iconic Coca Cola bottle looks like. Only now it is getting a makeover … and for a good cause!
Part of its “Tribute to Fashion” charity project, Coca Cola Italia has asked eight of the most famous Italian designs, including Rosella Jardini of Moschino, Angela Missoni, Donatella Versace, Consuelo Castiglioni, Alberto Ferreti, Etro, and Anna Molianri of Blumarine to design limited edition Coca Cola bottles.
Each of the beautifully designed bottles communicates the style and personality of the selected designers.
The “Tribute to Fashion” charity project began in 2011 to aid in raising money after the devastating earthquake that hit the Italian city of Abruzzo. According to Rossella Jardini, the creative director for Moshino, “I jumped at the chance to participate in the Coca Cola Light project because it was for charity and I thought it was important to collect funds for the survivors of the Abruzzo earthquake. My interpretation of the Contour bottle featured all of Moschino’s iconic elements; the flamenco dancer, the bow, the clouds in the blue sky, and the Contour – instead of the bag – dipped in chocolate.”
These bottles are really quite something else. Our favorite ones include the ones designed by Angela Missoni, Etro, and Donatella Versace!
