A bunch of us grew up on video games, and probably more people know Mario better than Mother Goose. Who would have thought there’d be overlap between the two, though?
This is the work of the team at Loldwell, who created these illustrations with popular Nintendo characters reenacting classic children’s stories. We have Super Mario Bros, Starfox, Legend of Zelda and Pokémon from top to bottom, Nintendo’s biggest franchises (we’re missing Metroid and Kirby, though!). Congratulations to the creators, for these drawings are incredibly charming.
