Being at the beach and having your sand castle destroyed by The Joker would suck. In order to avoid an unpleasant time, we need a vigilante to watch over us.
No one but Batman (via Superheroes) could inherit the title of the most effective beach vigilante, and we’re glad he’s here. Some kids can be real bullies, you know?
