Pac-Man is one of the most popular video games ever made, still having a special place in the hearts of many gamers either due to their love of the game itself or simple due to its nostalgia factor. Whatever your take on the classic game, this massive Pac-Man world is nothing short of amazing.
At first glance, it appears to be a bunch of user-created maps. This is exactly the case, really, but the twist is that they’re also connected to one another. Exits in the middle of each of a map’s four borders will take you to another map, assuming there’s one connected in that direction. If not, the way will simply be closed off. Some of the maps are creative, some pretty, some downright sadistic in nature.
If you’ve grown tired of the stock Pac-Man maps, it will take quite some time to tire yourself out of the World’s Biggest Pac-Man‘s thousands of custom maps created by users from all over the world. As if the concept of an explorable world of Pac-Man maps wasn’t cool enough, the site also keeps track of a plethora of stats. As you’d expect, it includes the number of dots and ghosts you’ve eaten, how many times your Pac-Man has died, as well as how many maps you’ve visited and completed. Global stats are also shown for the stat geeks who love that sort of thing and there’s even a global leader-board showing which countries are the most prolific dot-gobblers.
If you do somehow get tired of guiding Pac-Man around, you can also easily design and submit your own map to show off your artistic skills or attempt to drive other players insane. We’ve covered tons of Pac-Man content in the past, so check out some like the Classic Pac-Man Cocktail Table, Pac-Man Cookie Cutters, and the Human Pac-Man Video.
