Hewlett Packard (HP), one of the leading companies for computers and peripherals, is focusing and progressing towards a greener future.
According to Investopedia, HP is one of five large companies that are continuously attempting to innovate and work with the good of the environment in mind. HP, along with Pepsi, PG&E, Carnival Cruise Lines and Citigroup pay Mother Earth back as well as their shareholders.
HP previously reported that it already has recycled over 1 Billion pounds of old computer hardware within their different recycling plants. This is a large achievement towards their Environment Sustainability mission of working on sustaining products through different lifecycles, promoting reuse of products, and continuous recycling.
They are committing to provide environmentally sound products and develop so in a safe and responsible manner.
