Flags aren’t usually something that generates too much of an appetite, but that’s not something that can’t be changed. If you make dishes that look like a flag, made out of ingredients and food that the country is known for, you get yourselves flags you’re salivating over.
The dishes and photographs were taken in order to romote the Sydney International Food Festival, which is Australia’s largest food festival which had almost a million attendees last year and chefs from all over the world.
