Have you ever been craving a smoke but did not have any rolling papers in sight? Ever think about ripping out a paper from a nearby book even though you know most likely it will not work? Snoop Dogg’s latest book, “Rolling Words: A Smokeable Songbook” will probably not be on the shelf of your local bookstore, but it is definitely not something to miss out on. This book is full of a collection of classic Snoop Dogg lyrics, including “Gin and Juice” and “Nothin but a ‘G’ Thang” printed and then bound on rolling papers.
The book was created through a promotion for Snoop Dogg’s new Kingsive Slim Rolling Papers created by Pereira & O’Dell, a San Francisco agency. The lyrics are written with a non toxic ink and are perforated, making each one easy to detach from the binding.
This book is primarily composed of hemp-related materials, including its twine cover, and has a match-striking strip right across the binding. Currently, the book is only available for elite distribution but there are discussions about releasing a limited edition version on the internet. But fans of 4-20 visiting the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival April 13-15 and 20-22 will get an opportunity to sample these rolling papers as there will be posted located throughout the festival.
