New Game by Notch Revealed: 0 x 10c

If you are a geeky gamer who can spend hours playing Minecraft, then you will enjoy to the latest by the same creator.  0 x 10c guarantees to be the next in the best “hard sci-fi” games.

When Minecraft was officially released in 2011 at MineCon 2011, the game received positive responses from critics and had huge numbers in terms of sales. It was lauded for all the creative freedom it provided to players and how dynamic the gameplay was. It was selected as one of 80 gamed to be displayed in “The Art of Video Games” exhibit at the Smithsonian American Art Museum and won a number of awards. Well, now Swedish game creator, Markus “Notch” Persson is up to it again with the announcement of the future launch of the new game 0 x 10c.

Not a lot is yet known about this game aside from the name, and no one yet even knows how to pronounce it just yet. What is known about this “hard sci fi” game is this – there is a parallel universe in which the Space Race never ended and space travel is popular among the rich and elitist communities. In the year 1988, a new deep sleep cell was created but a severe bug changed the requested sleep time. Millions upon millions of years later, in 281,474,976,712,644 AD, those people lost in the deep sleep cell are now waking to find the universe as they know it on the edge of total annihilation. 0 x 10follows the same type of gameplay as Minecraft in that gamers will be able to shape and create their own world. Features that will be showcased in the game include mining, engineering, looting, and trading. Players can also engage in space battles with the computer or actual players.
