The kitchen may be the most important room in the house. You cook there, you clean there, and you eat there. However, SieMatic has gone a step further making it also the coolest room in the house. If you’re going to be spending so much time in one room, then make it a room that you’ll enjoy being in. It’s called the Grid S2 multimedia cabinet, a cabinet system that is completely handleless and has a variety of features that will make you consider remodeling.
The user interface includes a monitor that gives you access to numerous things. You can browse the Internet, listen to your iPod with the iPod dock, watch TV or a DVD, and even listen to the radio. The appliances are built with touch screens with the ability to control the different settings such as the temperature in the oven or the wash time of the dishes. The Grid S2 also allows you to interrupt something you’re watching to view the progress of the oven and of the washing machine and then go right back to where you left off.
If that’s not enough for you to be salivating over this handleless cabinet system, then consider that there’s a pullout drawer that has room for your CDs or DVDs. It also includes a wireless keyboard, air-mouse, and remote control. There’s also space behind the monitor for storage.
SieMatic, a company that specializes in interior designs for kitchens, developed the design of the Grid S2. Since 1929 they have been developing innovative kitchens and designs such as the Grid S2. They make kitchens a place that appeals to you personally, and if you’re into gadgets and electronics and spend a lot of time in the kitchen, then this kitchen is for you.
