With launch date out of the way, we take a look at the list of day one titles arriving for the PlayStation 4 on November 15.

After Sony’s showing at Gamescom days ago, everything is firmly set for a next gen launch (at on Sony’s side). We even got an ential launch list of games arriving alongside the PS4, which you might have missed under the wave of “Sony loves Indies” and Vita price-cut news.

I’m sure like most savvy shoppers (i.e. not suckers) who are still hovering around that “preorder confirm” button on Amazon or GameStop, information like this imperative to know. Especially, when you’re dropping $400 USD for a brand new console.

Well, wait no longer. Below is a semi-official list – at least as official as I can verify – of what games should see the light of launch day; not just physical releases either, but also a breakdown of titles that are “download only” via the PS4’s digital storefront.

  • Just Dance 2014
  • LEGO Marvel Superheroes
  • Madden 25
  • NBA 2K14
  • NBA Live
  • Need for Speed: Rivals
  • Skylanders: Swap Force
  • Watch Dogs

That bottom list keenly represents the strong indie push Sony has been on about for awhile. The third-party offerings though, yeah, pretty much in line with what Microsoft has for their launch day platter. Methinks those exclusives will make all the difference.

Me also thinks that you should keep it here on Walyou.com for more geeky news like radical ring clocks with glowing numbers, and fan made Pokémon hoodies that are totally cute.
