At first glance you may think to yourself “that’s no moon”, and you’d be entirely correct, but this mod is just as impressive a feat as the death star.
Now this isn’t the first time a Star Wars mod gets done on the 360, and with several compilations of the popular franchise appearing in almost everything, it’s often easy to dismiss these in the “dime a dozen” category. But every once in a while, you find a mod that even Jabba the Hutt would find impressive. This is one of those mods! Based off of Jango Fett from the Rise of the Empire era, the mod sports some pretty awesome blue LEDs and a nicely designed version of the famous bounty hunter’s helmet on the side panel as well. The controllers have been repainted to fit the design, and the whole presentation looks absolutely stunning. You can check out a video of the mod right here:
It’s not often that we run into quality mods of such a popular franchise, but even more so when it deals with an epoch that’s often forgotten and barely visited by some of the older fans as well. What’s more impressive is that the man in charge of building this masterpiece (only referred to as Bryce) hasn’t even hit his twenties yet. Very few of us can say they’ve built something like that when they were younger.
So while this may not be the droid you’re looking for, you can rest assure that no bounty will be left uncollected on the vast seas of Xbox live, and hopefully this mod will encourage other DIY geeks to one-up this kickass console.
