Some people say it’s rose-tinted glasses, but the truth is there was just something about the mid 90s, and gaming’s first ventures in 3d. This custom Nintendo 64 is a tribute to all the things that were and how they still remain fantastic.
This here is a custom paint job performed on Nintendo’s flagship console for the second half of the 90’s, the Nintendo 64. It’s a tribute to the Zelda series in the palette of Link, the Hero of Time, main character in both Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, arguably the two best titles in the series. It is the creation of Deviantartist Zoki64, and our favorite thing in a while, too. Can we see a purple one themed after the princess, now?
