Richie Branson Raps Letter to Square Enix

With a name that is curiously similar to Richard Branson, Richie Branson is no less than the media mogul if you asked me. Richie just wrote a letter in the most unconventional way possible to Square Enix, oops, SquareSoft.

What he did was compose a really cool rap track that almost sounds like an underground Hip Hop track waiting to shoot to #1 spot on Billboard charts. In fact, if I heard the song for the first time in a nightclub, I might as well mistake his letter to a really chilled out number. Richie really digs nostalgia and writes an almost wistful letter to Square Enix requesting them to resurrect old franchises that are now almost dead.

He requests them to bring back Final Fantasy VII, Secret of Mana and also thinks that it would be pretty cool to get Coldplay to write music for one of the sequels of Super Mario. Some may think that his suggestions are a little crazy and that he is being too nostalgic but I see a rap star in making. While I wouldn’t care too much about which of his requests will actually come true, I sure know that this guy can become one of the cooler rappers out there. He also seems to have an album in making ‘Nerd Cool’. How true that really is, is something that I can’t really confirm.

It would be amazing if Square Enix went ahead and brought back some of the video games that he has mentioned especially in HD, as technology has changed quite a lot, and there are a lot of people out there who would still want to play old games in a new avatar.
